Throughout March 2023, Without Wings, the Manx Autoimmune Arthritis Trust are planning a 31 Random Acts of Kindness challenge – join us!

To do so, keep an eye on our Facebook Page. In total we plan to set 31 #BeKindtasks from march 1st to the 31st. We’ll be taking on the challenge ourselves and asking friends and family to sponsor us – so why not join in?

You can do this either to simply share the love, or to help us hit our £500 fundraising target through sponsoring us or through organising your own sponsorship. This is to help us raise funds for our amazing, new counselling initiative with Kind Counselling.
