WHAT TO EXPECT:
🧘 ADAPTED YOGA is a brilliant resource for anyone with mobility issues looking to maintain strength and flexibility. Comprised of chair based yoga (with props where needed), plus a unique, tailored approach, this is great for people looking to stay fit and mobile when other physical activities are difficult to access.
🎶 SOUNDOLOGY offers a uniquely relaxing and immersive, sonic experience with the sounds of the gong and crystal bowls.
This awareness* raising event is for ANYONE affected by
ANY autoimmune or mobility issue.
