Without Wings was established in 2016 to help raise awareness of autoimmune joint affecting conditions such as Rheumatoid, Psoriatic and Juvenile Arthritis, Lupus and Ankylosing Spondylitis etc, and to provide useful info and compassionate funding, including fully funded counselling for people affected by autoimmune conditions on the Isle of Man via our affiliate partners.
