Paint Your Power Animal with Momma Moon’s Painting Retreat ✨
We’re absolutely delighted to be welcoming Laura ‘Momma Moon’ – a well-known and much-loved local artist and workshop leader – for a beautifully calming, creative session.
This will begin with a short, gentle guided meditation, followed by Paint Your Power Animal – designed to help you relax, express, and reconnect with your inner power… and with zero pressure or expectation 🎨✨
✔ No experience needed (truly – absolute beginners welcome)
✔ Fully guided, gentle and supportive
✔ All materials provided
✔ Focus on relaxation, not results
✔ Friendly atmosphere with tea & a chat
Open to anyone in the Isle of Man living with an autoimmune or mobility condition – and you’re welcome to bring a supportive friend too.
